USUSUSThe apartment is very modern and new, facilities are all in the apartment and the building is very nice.
The customer service is not up to par. We have a party of 5, and one need to sleep on the sofa (not sofa bed though). We arrived on a Saturday, and realized that there is no bedding for the sofa, also, only a couple of towers in the room. We called customer service right away, and was told that has to be delivered the next day (Sunday). But nobody shows up on Sunday, which makes the person sleeping on sofa only have a couple of sheets spared from other beds to use. The housekeeper only shows up on Monday, and the explanation is, there is no one could deliver during weekend. This is not right.
USMostly the view, it was amazing. It’s a very nice hotel! We loved it!
The smelly refrigerator that didn’t get cold, the hair in the wall in shower, and no towels.
