USI liked the location of the property. It. Was close to all the local freeways and all of the places that we were traveling to.
What I didn't like is that the elevators were down our whole stay and me and my friends had to walk up 15 flights of stairs back and forth every day. I was only given one key when it was four of us which was very inconvenient. Parking was very expensive. We should have been accommodated for our stay and given some type of daily rate for a parking pass where we could come in and out of the the property as we needed. We all only had one set of towels each for our stay. I asked the first desk four times during our stay to have housekeeping to bring up more which they never did. The room still had food on the floor in the bedrooms from the previous person and there were socks underneath the bed. There were no extra blankets or pillows either.

Check in was arranged for 4pm, we sat for nearly 3 hours without getting access to the apartment and only got the keys around midnight after having to go out.

I like the amenities of the property except the parking garage, where you gotta pay $20 every day. Or I should say you gotta pay every time you leave the garage. Which could end up costing you more than $20 a day.
The unit was nice and building was beautiful. The issue we had was the main bedroom pillows smelled awful. We bought new pillows and sheets. I messaged the property manager and did not get a response. I understand can be missed when the unit is cleaned, but I expected a response to my message. Another note would be that you need to bring your own towels for the pool.

There were no clear directions about checking in and where the concierge desk was or where the trash was. No clear directions for what to do with towels and things for check out. Parking was outrageous. $20 a day on top of what you paid for the room plus $3.00+ of you had to leave during the day. There were no pans for the oven. No pot holders. No basic things like salt and pepper at least. The dog next door barked every night at midnight. Friday night the dog barked for 3 hours until after 1am. Well after the fire works. Their porch is right next to the bedroom. Anything close was insanely expensive to get food. No clear instructions about locking the doors or using elevator. We have stayed at several condos on the cost and they were never this bad.
