It was a beautiful property and great location

Pool was closed for a deep cleaning, it was down the entire time we were there. Halls and elevators were so hot, no air circulation. 2 adults and 3 kids, there were only 2 towels in the unit.

Two bedroom, two bath apartment in the center of downtown Buckhead featured comfortable beds, nice living space and nice kitchen. I will stay here again.

The apartment only had two sets of bathtowels, faceclothes, etc. for 4 people. When I texted guest services they texted back that housekeeping would be notified. But neither towels or toilet paper (also in woeful short supply), was delivered. We wound up going to Walmart for necessary supplies. I would stay here again, but I will be sure to take my own towels and other necessities.

I like the view and convenience to get around.

I didn't like that I wasn't told that there was a everyday parking fee. And I was overcharged. On the balcony it had dog poop. I told staff about the incident and they came out and cleaned it up. The next day dog poop was back on the balcony. The oven stove was broken and I could not cook only on the top. Noone ever reached out to me to discuss any of the issues to make it right for the situation. This was unacceptable.

Fist of all let me say this property has nothing to do with the apartment rentals the actual apartment complex employees are good people and helpful now let’s talk about the actual apartment I rented through hotels.com first off when I got there the towels were stained and I never received new ones second the ac never worked and no one ever came to fix it then the lat day I was there the key fob stopped working and I couldn’t get in my apartment since the property isn’t directly related to the apartment I couldn’t get any help getting in and we’ll just skip over the fact that I got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes all and all it was a nightmare

The amenities & location

Cost of parking/lack of parking pass. Several light bulbs out& overall lack of lighting in apartment. grills unavailable/out of service, pool door/gates broken. Concierge seemed like we were a bother to her but the police officer/security guard was very kind.

The location was great

Upon arrival we realized every time we can in or out of the garage we had to pay. We then waited about 20 minutes to grab the keys. When we checked into the room there was no greeting documentation as to what the WiFi information was AND THEN I CUT MY FOOT ON SOME BROKEN GLASS. The stove had previously been damaged so we couldn’t even use it to cook in the oven as the whole front goat part of the stove was knocked out. The door leading to the patio didn’t lock I called the customer contact information and related there was an issue and was told that someone would be coming to take a look, not to repair but to look. We were never given a specific time and I never spoke to anyone after. We were stuck in the elevator for 24 minutes because the key fob was not properly working.

The rooftop pool and patio area were nice.

The beds were hard as a rock. It felt like sleeping on the box springs. The fridge in our room didn’t work. Our room was advertised to have a sofa bed, it did not. The door handle to the room kept falling off. The hallways and elevators were very hot and stuffy. Overall it was a terrible place to stay. We only stayed one night of our two and then left. I would not recommend to anyone!
