Pemandangan dr unit kami di Jesselton Residences sungguh tak terlupakan, dgn pemandangan laut yg luas dan tanpa hambatan yg memungkinkan kami melihat perahu datang dan pergi sepanjang hari dan matahari terbenam yg menakjubkan di malam hari, membuat sulit utk meninggalkan balkon. Apartemennya dilengkapi dgn baik dan segala yg kami butuhkan, termasuk dapur lengkap, mesin cuci, dan bahkan kulkas besar utk menyimpan minuman dan seafood segar dari pasar malam terdekat. Kami menyukai betapa dekatnya dgn terminal Jesselton Point, tempat kami melakukan perjalanan sehari ke Pulau Sapi dan Manukan, dan jalan makanan di Chinatown hanya beberapa langkah saja.

เราชอบทำเลที่ตั้งของอพาร์ตเมนต์นี้มาก เพราะอยู่ใกล้ท่าเรือเฟอร์รี่ Jesselton Point เพียงเดินไม่กี่นาทีสำหรับการเที่ยวเกาะ และตลาดวันอาทิตย์ Gaya Street ที่คึกคักอยู่ใกล้เพียงไม่กี่ก้าว ทำให้เราได้สัมผัสวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น อาหาร และแหล่งช้อปปิ้งทันทีที่ออกจากอพาร์ตเมนต์ อพาร์ตเมนต์เองมีการตกแต่งอย่างรอบคอบ มีโซฟานุ่มสบาย เครื่องปรับอากาศที่เชื่อถือได้ และครัวที่มีอุปกรณ์จำเป็นครบครัน ทำให้เหมาะสำหรับการเข้าพักทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว สระว่ายน้ำบนดาดฟ้าและฟิตเนสเป็นสิ่งเพิ่มเติมที่ดี แม้ว่าเราแทบไม่ได้ใช้เพราะมีกิจกรรมกลางแจ้งสนุกๆ อยู่รอบๆ มากมาย

The location is ideal, with easy access to attractions like the Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal, Suria Sabah Shopping Mall and Gaya Street. The private balcony provides breathtaking views of the waterfront and the infinity pool, enhancing the overall experience. We can enjoy the building's facilities, including the rooftop infinity pool, gym, and a sky lounge, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

No complaints

The unit had a beautiful sea facing view that made our mornings feel peaceful and relaxing, and everything inside was spotless with modern furnishings, a well equipped mini kitchen and a smart TV that had Netflix already logged in, while the host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The location couldn’t be better being close to Gaya Street, cafes and the Sunday Market.

We have a slight delay during check in as the smart lock code didn’t work initially but it was quickly resolved after a call.

We absolutely loved waking up to the panorama of the sea and harbor from our balcony, with morning light glinting off boats down below and the overall layout felt spacious and airy with floor to ceiling windows in the living room; the building has solid shared facilities including a fitness room, swimming pool on a rooftop terrace, secure access keycard entry, CCTV in common corridors, and a guest lounge. All of which were clean and usable and the proximity to Jesselton Point ferry terminal, Suria Sabah mall, the Filipino Market and Gaya Street makes it extremely convenient to explore both land and sea excursions.

Sometimes the shower’s water pressure was a bit low, especially in the morning.

In terms of location this place can’t be beat. Walking distance to Jesselton Point for island trips Manukan, Sapi and to waterfront walkways, and not far from Suria Sabah and the evening markets. We were able to drop our bags and immediately set out exploring. The building gives you the perk of a rooftop pool, gym, and a concierge desk that was helpful with local directions, and the lobby and hallway areas looked polished and clean. The unit itself was bright and welcoming, with a comfortable sofa, TV, and ample WiFi coverage.

Overall the place delivered on its promise of modern comfort, striking sea views and excellent location. The apartment was spacious, air conditioned throughout with a fully furnished kitchen and living room that opened up to a balcony facing the water, which made evenings very pleasant. Building amenities are very good. There is an outdoor swimming pool, 24 hours security, reliable lifts and free WiFi in common spaces. We also liked that there is private parking on site, which made coming and going easier since traffic can get busy along Jalan Tun Fuad Stephens. As for location, you’re a short walk from Jesselton Point Marina and Ferry Terminal, which makes island hopping super easy. Suria Sabah mall is nearby, Signal Hill Observatory is a nice sunset spot not too far and the Sunday market on Gaya Street adds a lot of local flavour.

The kitchen lacked some everyday basics, we didn’t find salt & pepper.

淋浴的水压很好，但当其他单元同时用水时，有时会不稳定。
