INThe unit interior is modern and comfortable with a kitchenette, living area and free parking. Attractions like Petagas War Memorial, Signal Hill Observatory and Jesselton Quay are all within walking distance, offering great sunset views over Likas Bay.
One bedside lamp flickered slightly in the evening but host arrrange replaced the bulb promptly.
BNThe apartment was perfect for our needs. Well furnished, free Wi‑Fi and complimentary parking. Just steps from Jesselton Point, ideal for picking up island tours, and easy walking to Atkinson Clock Tower, Gaya Street Sunday Market and the Esplanade waterfront. Loved strolling in the heritage area before dinner.
One small issue is Wi‑Fi speed dipped slightly during the evening.
MYThe unit we stayed was spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds, full kitchenette, strong Wi-Fi and spotless. The waterfront development itself is beautifully done with Citypads above the popular Gallery Shoppes. Daily essentials, cafes, and even gelato spots like Mitoya are just downstairs or within a short walk along the promenade. It's could also stroll to Atkinson Clock Tower, the North Borneo War Monument, and the vibrant Gaya Street district in under 10 minutes.
the elevators sometimes felt slow, especially during peak arrival times when many guests return at once.
SGLocation is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to Jesselton Point for island hopping and the lively KK Waterfront. And also plenty of cafes and restaurants were within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, clean and had a lovely sea view.
MYApartment is clean and tidy. The check in was easy and straightforward. The place is not far off from the other touristic places in KK, just less than 10-15 minutes away from the Filipino market, the waterfront, etc. Great view from top of the building and 2 min walk to the Jesselton Quay.
FRUnit is cosy and clean with the necessary furniture and equipment. This place was perfect with the nearby activity base, a convenience store within a 2-minute walk, and a mart and restaurant located within 10 minutes.

NZGood location, walking distance to restaurants and water front. Apartment is nice and comfortable.
KHUnit very cozy and clean. Host is helpful. We had good memories there and it's really walking distance to most of the places that we visited.
INLocation wise it is very convenient to access food, bank, convenient stores and grocery stores all within walking distance. And also just right on the famous Gaya Street. Room is clean and spacious.
The TV channel has a smaller variety of programming.
