Jesselton Quay Citypads Kota Kinabalu

We loved how spacious and well lit the unit was, with full amenities like a kitchen, dining space, iron, air conditioning, and a hot shower and it was located right in the heart of Kota Kinabalu which made walking to places like Gaya Street, Wisma Merdeka, and the waterfront extremely easy.

The only slight issue was that finding the correct parking entrance and slot was confusing on the first day, but once figured out, everything else went smoothly.

Perfect location for catching boats to the nearby islands via Jesselton Point, and the host had everything well prepared with fresh linens, kitchen essentials and easy self check in. Plus it was just a 5 minutes walk to the bustling Night Food Market near the waterfront and IMAGO Mall was only a short Grab ride away.

TV only had a few basic channels working and didn’t offer much for evening entertainment.

My stay at the Jesselton apartment was thoroughly enjoyable as the place was spacious, well decorated, and equipped with a full kitchen, washer and even a water filter and the highlight was definitely the beautiful panoramic sea view from the balcony that made every morning feel special, especially since it was located within walking distance to Jesselton Point Jetty, which made it very convenient for island hopping to Sapi or Manukan.

I did notice that the Wi-Fi was occasionally slow during the evening hours, especially when trying to stream videos.

Segala sesuatu mudah dijangkau, mulai dr kafe dn apotek di lantai bawah hingga Terminal Ferry Jesselton Point yg dpat dijangkau dgan berjalan kaki hanya sebentar.

AC di ruang tamu memerlukan waktu cukup lama utk mendinginkan ruangan selama bagian terpanas hari.

This Airbnb was in a fantastic location within walking distance of Gaya Street Market, the waterfront and the signal hill observatory platform, and while everything was tidy and functional.

We loved waking up to scenic views of the harbor and mountain backdrop, and being so close to Jesselton Point and Gaya Street made exploring effortless, plus the building’s facilities like the fitness center and pool were clean and well maintained.

Found it perfect in terms of location, comfort and cleanliness. The workspace was well lit and quiet and the host was responsive and professional. The location was unbeatable, just a 5 minutes walk to Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal, where we took a boat to the islands in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park. Suria Sabah Mall is literally across the road and there are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. And also close to Gaya Street Sunday Market, Signal Hill Observatory Platform and a short Grab ride to Imago Shopping Mall.The building facilities were impressive, 24 hours security, modern gym and a lovely pool with views of the sea.

Our only complaint was that the shower in the bathroom had low water pressure. It still worked, but it could be improved.
