Staff was very friendly and helpful

The convenience was superb—everything was either a short 20-minute walk or just a quick ride on the monorail. MGM had everything you could want. Vegas was an absolute blast. I’ll definitely be back, and when I am, I’m staying at the MGM again.

I booked this for my daughter and her friends. We were worried after reading the comments and finding out it was from a 3rd party. However, the room was great. They had a blast while they were down there and were extremely pleased with the room. It was very clean and prepared for their arrival. The host was very timely with responding to an issue they had while checking in and answering any questions they had. We’d definitely book again.

There are two locations with the same address 145 E Harmon Rd in Las Vegas. Having never been to the property and being directed by Google maps to the wrong address with no quick way to contact someone who could help with directions after driving for 12 hours was frustrating. That said, the actual property was nice once directions were sorted out. Not enough garbage bags in the room. Could benefit from directions on how and where to dispose of garbage and an induction compatible pan for cooking in the room along with sharp cooking knives. Over all value for money spent was an 8/10

Room in better shape. One of the twin beds was broken and the carpet seemed old and dirty.

This hotel experience was terrible, I called the support service and was at the reception, spoke to the general manager. No one could solve the problems, change the broken sofa and change the dirty sheets . I came with a group of 6 people and we slept in uncomfortable conditions for 2 nights. Each of us will write a bad review)
