There was nothing I like there

First of all the furniture in the room was broken and it was hard to communicate with anyone who can help me with the problem No solution to the problem and we had to use the floor to sleep on cuz the bed was broken The room was also not as presentable as the advertised and the room was not as clean for an upscale hotel

The filth in the rooms...the bed bugs...the lack of customer service...the response time with questions.

The location it was close to the strip

It wasn't kept clean

Cafe in tower 2 had great coffee and a very good price

The bathroom was good

Firstly check in is 4pm on the dot. We arrived 8 mins early and were told to wait til 4pm by which time a huge line had formed which meant we had to wait half an hour. Secondly the tv and remote was broken grainy and outdated. There was a broken alarm clock that went off all night and could not be unplugged. It was the worst sleep ever. The property manager could not care less and did not try to remedy the issues despite us raising the issues. There was uncleaned rubbish in the fold out bed There is 1 small pool in winter open which is packed so access to MGM facilities is limited. It’s really a 20 min walk through casino floors to get to the strip.

Do not stay here.

Fantastic Stays are rude and unhelpful. MGM Signature Tower Staff are unhelpful as this is a third party booking. Booked for 5 people for 2 nights, but had linen and bedding for only 3 people. When requested more, I was told that it was too late and it would be delivered the next day. My kids slept on matress protectors without sheets and quilts ! Don't stay here if you want dirty stained sheets and blood stains on quilts. Doesn't accommodate for 6 as advertised. Bring your own bedding.
