"Great location, cheap owners."

The location. Security

The room had cheaper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people, a bunch of spoons and 2 or 3 forks. No tissue paper on a trash can for a bathroom.

"Terrible cleaning fees and carpet"

The carpet was dirty the extra cleaning service fees was overprice and we asked for extra toilet paper and towels they wanted to overprice us for that

"I declined to stay there cause of the condition of the cleanliness"

The property was nice, but the room was bad!

The place was horrible, bed linens hadn’t been changed , the cleanness of the room was horrible. It said it had to twin beds that looked un sanitary to sleep in. I would never again reserve this place . It’s was private studio that looked nothing like the hotel other rooms.

"Lack of TV wasn't taken seriously"

TV didn't work. Embarrassing coffee supply. Dirty linens. Ridiculously poor lighting. 4 towels for 5 people.

"Horrible customer service. We rented unit 3-618 Unit is jammed packed with furniture, violating fire code. Unit smelled"

The property grounds and staff are exceptional here!

The room we rented was such a disappointment!! The room is not to fire code! They shove a bed in the corner with a trundle that can not be pulled out because it hits the sofa bed. They moved the chair right against the entrance door, so no access out unless you squeeze between the door and chair. So if there is an emergency, you’re screwed. To top it off the unit 3-618 smells like smoke so bad! You can tell they tried to get the smell out but it didn’t work. And the management team didn’t care, they told us it was coming from another unit and would not take any responsibility. I begged for a new room and added I would pay extra. They said they had no other room. But I had spoken directly to the owner of the unit he told me he owned over 100 of the units and assured me they could move us. They wouldn’t. So I asked for my money back so we could rent a new unit. They denied me that as well. Zero help. I would never rent from these people again. Extremely disappointed!! However I would stay here again just rent directly from MGM Signature towers.

Twin bed had a broken leg, carpet was supper dirty, and no pot or pans.
