USThe airport transfers in both directions were on time and very easy to manage. The apartment itself is located with a view of the beach and close to lots of beach restaurants. We took a lovely stroll along the water. The place was very clean, well-organized and stocked. Communication was very easy throughout the process (they sent very clear directions with pictures to help us find the transfer van at the airport--really great when we were frazzled after a long flight). We had one night between an afternoon flight to Rome and a morning flight out of Rome. I prioritized finding a place that would help us arrange transfers to and from the airport. Both the transfers and the apartment itself greatly exceeded our expectations.

This is a very minor point because it wouldnt change my decision to book here at all but be aware there is no elevator for the 3rd floor apartment. Had to wait a bit for them to open for us even with a 15 min advance notice as they requested but that's not a big deal. The 3 floors without elevator were a bit less than ideal to drag our luggage up after a long day in the sun. And then drag it back down the stairs after checkout.
