US1 block from the beach and a 5 minute walk from many good restaurants and gelato! The apartment had a wonderful deck with sun and a great view of the beach. Also the shuttle service to the airport was an absolute bonus. Response time was great from staff. We were returning from a cruise @ Civitaveccia and adding this extra day to unwind before flying was perfect. Close enough to the airport so that we could take the cruise airport shuttles from Civitaveccia direct to the apartment at no extra cost.
A lock box or key code check in might give more flexibility for travellers.

No elevator. We were on the third floor and I have a bad back. Supposed to include breakfast. There were two rolls in plastic wrap and marmalade. There was a coffee machine but no milk.
USThe place was very new and very clean. We stayed with another couple and had two very distinct and private rooms for both of us. The only common space was the balcony since the sofa was turned into a bed. We did enjoy sitting out on the balcony in the early evening. There are a few restaurants nearby although we didn't go to any. Looked for a mini-mart but couldn't find one. Loved having Roberto pick us up and take us back to the airport. The shuttle was a huge plus! Roberto was very prompt and communicated perfectly. We would definitely come back again.
There really wasn't a breakfast but it wasn't a problem for us.
CAAmazing, quick shuttle service to and from the airport, these made our stay so much easier and convenient. Owner Roberto was very helpful and friendly. On top of that, the rental was in a stunning modern, brand-new building! It was a meticulously clean and spacious rental, containing 2 modern bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the ocean. East walking distance to several restaurants and beach. Coffee using the Nespresso machine was delicious in the morning.

ITThe cordiality of the staff, their concern. Constantly checking up prior to arrival . The location is excellent. The cleanliness and Orderliness in the place was top notch
It’s one of the best place one could stay. I recommend it to other travellers 100%. I just wish I had known could have prefer to spend a week there

Apartment is on the third floor. May be an issue if you have difficulty climbing steps. However, once you get there, the apartment and views are well worth the steps!

Breakfast included was just bagged stuff, maybe call it snacks or something. Otherwise all good!
