CAVery clean and entirely redone inside with quality material. Owner very nice and accommodating. The shuttle was great. My room had a large balcony with a view on the ocean. Apartment with two full bathrooms can accommodate easily two couples (queen sofa bed in living room). Heat or air conditioning if needed. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. Very quiet sector. It was the best for an overnight before my flight. I took a shuttle from the ship to airport and the shuttle picked me up for the overnight.
No elevator but owner offered to bring my luggage upstairs.

BACAThe property is brand new. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony, just steps away from restaurants. The best thing was Roberto who was waiting for us at the airport with his beautiful smile, warmth and kindness to shuttle us to his beautiful apartment. The next morning he took us back to the airport so that we could come back home.

USThis was a last minute stop-over. Perfect location for Fiumicino Airport. Super easy to get to/from thanks to the private shuttle service. I stayed during winter - but the appartment was nice and warm. Very very responsive hosts.
USThe airport shuttle driver was sincerely kind and welcoming, and the hosts were responsive and very helpful and kind with our questions. Excellent communication! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with good accommodations, such as an extra comforter, kitchenware, bottled water, and simple breakfast. We loved the location on the beach, the terrace views, and the easy walk to great restaurants, pharmacies, and a grocery store— both along the beach and in the charming town of Fiumicino. The Isola Sacra (along the shore) is special and the beach (in mid-January) was populated with people walking their dogs. Really peaceful and comfortable.
The toiletries were a bit scant, so bring your own!
