USBrand new and so nice. Great location for FCO. Nice restaurants near by. Lovely balcony with sea view. A real balcony to sit out with wine! Roberto drove us to the airport in the morning, which was so kind and helpful. The beds, towels etc are very comfortable. A little coffee and breakfast provided. Small refrigerator is handy too. A special place that will get lots of 10 star reviews as people find it. Good luck to Roberto and Barbra. A parking spot free is a bonus PS : you must be able to do stairs as there is no lift.
