Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel

First and foremost the staff who were fantastic. Absolutely first class service throughout our stay from the entire team. It’s a lovely little hotel and a bit of an oasis, given its location just 5mins walk from the bustling Bar Street and Night Market area. We had a lovely large room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast was fabulous, with a great selection of dishes, and we were provided with a great breakfast box on the morning of our sunrise temple tour. On our final evening we enjoyed a wonderful dinner. We each opted to have one of the set Khmer 4 course menus. Sure it’s more expensive than the local restaurants, but the food and service were first class and this was fine dining for just $16 per person, so absolutely worth it.

Exceptional staff: From arrival to departure, the team were attentive, proactive, and genuinely kind. They handled delayed luggage calmly and efficiently, arranged drivers and taxis without hesitation, helped with bookings and printing boarding cards, and always anticipated needs—even across staff handovers. Special thanks to Leap, Sophie, Sear and the whole team for their professionalism, warmth, and constant smiles. Minhnvou, our waiter even prepared fresh fruit specifically for my husband when he was unwell—an example of the thoughtful care shown throughout our stay. Location was central yet quiet. Easy walking distance to restaurants and key areas of Siem Reap, while remaining peaceful at night. Ideal for both sightseeing and rest.

We liked everything at Khmer especially their warm staff and genuine care for their guests. Nothing was left to chance when coming to our wishes or expecting, and you felt that the people were customer centered trained. We enjoyed the quiet garden, pool, amazing food and cocktails, beautiful room and the premium location. Thank you especially to Sophie, Tao and all day & night staff - you are amazing and made us feel more than welcome, special and somewhat home far away from home.

Being close to the pub street you hear the music in the night but we could sleep anyway :). Not really a big problem

Sehr schöne und vergleichsweise kleinere Unterkunft. Diese ist sehr zentral gelegen, aufgrund der umliegenden Häuser und der Ausrichtung zum Pool hat man allerdings nicht das Gefühl mitten in der Stadt zu sein. Unser Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und eine Mischung aus Buffet und A la carte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, für unsere Abreise haben wir ein großes Lunchpaket bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Palvelu oli erittäin hyvää ja henkilökunta oli kohtelias. Suihkuvettä tuli kovalla paineella ja myös lämmintä vettä tuli riittävästi. Sijainti keskustassa oli aivan loistava ja hotelli oli rauhallinen.

Hotelli oli vanha ja pieni, joka näkyi joissakin kohdissa, esim. vaatteiden säilytykselle oli liian vähän tilaa huoneessa.

Beautiful property in the heart of Siem Reap. The rooms are comfortable, well appointed and furnished with traditional wooden furniture. The hotel team did not spare an effort to make our stay memorable and very enjoyable. From the cute welcome with my name writen on the bed using flower stems, to the complimentary fruit basket, the fresh wet towels and cold drink they welcomed us with every time we returned from a tour or a visit, to taking so much care of us during breakfast, to preparing the best thought-out breakfast basket for our day-long tour to Angkor Wat/Angkor Tom, to the cute gift they offered us on the day of our departure. Sophie, Leap, Roth and Minhvou did an incredible job taking care of us to the tiniest detail, always with a warm smile, a big heart and a real desire to make us feel at home - which we surely did. Thank you and we really hope we can soon be back to Siem Reap and stay with you!

Located within a short walk of the tourist town centre area the hotel is well appointed and maintained. We enjoyed one of our best meals when dining at the hotel one evening. All staff are extremely attentive and friendly making sure our stay was a memorable and enjoyable one. We would happily stay here again.
