Great hotel, perfect location and the best part was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and greeted me by my name and had a cold towel and cold water almost every time I walked into the hotel. Everything was amazing! They can arrange tours, transportation, or anything you need. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Siem Reap.

Great location, very comfortable rooms, great food the chef even altered dishes to accommodate allergies. There was also the little things like fresh fruit in your room, a cold towel and water when you come back from anywhere and even brownies for afternoon tea. But the thing that makes this hotel so great would have to be the staff especially Srey Roth, Viriya and Vou nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely be back 🥰

There is nothing I can say that we did not like.

The bed in our 203 were 2 large size but blankets were not enough large as they were narrower than the size of the bed. Bed were softly comfortable

Sehr schöner Ort, im Zentrum. Grosses Zimmer, gute Betten, alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Nichts

A lovely stay. The staff are first-rate, very attentive to every detail to make your stay special. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings. We tried the spa offerings and enjoyed those as well. This property is super walkable - which obviously means it is near the hustle and bustle (and sounds) of the night life in the area. We always travel with earplugs so this did not detract from our stay.
