服务一级棒！整个酒店香香的，checking in的时候有果汁和小吃，房间有你的名字欢迎字样。每次回酒店都有冷毛巾和冰水。早餐是自己点的有很多选择。地理位置很好，对面餐厅性价比超高。房间打扫干净，总之住的很满意！

除了第一晚热水系统有问题水很凉，第二天修好了。

Exceptional stay. It’s definitely underpriced for the service experience and accommodation. It’s not perfect but it’s close. We think this staff should give North Americans service lessons. 5 star all the way. The hotel would be a 3 star if in Canada - but a really well cared for 3 star with character. The Khmer dinner is a worthwhile experience and some of the best food we ate in Cambodia. Just book it! FYI we took a tuk tuk to the airport instead of a cab and it was the best. It was not that bumpy nor did it take much longer. It was fun and personal as we felt side by side with the locals and immersed in their culture before we departed for our next adventure.

The hotel left us with mixed feelings – mainly because the staff were truly outstanding. If it were only about the team, we would easily give more than 10 points. They took excellent care of us and organized our airport transfers, visits to Angkor Wat, and the floating village, always with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Service like this is rare and deserves special recognition. That said, there are some points that were disappointing and should be mentioned honestly. The breakfast was unfortunately not to our taste at all. Instead of offering many à-la-carte options, we would have preferred fewer choices with a stronger focus on quality. What made this even more surprising was the evening menu, which was very good – well seasoned and flavorful, and in clear contrast to the breakfast experience. The room was spacious and had a balcony, but the overall furnishings were quite basic. In addition, there were maintenance issues, including faulty power outlets and problems with the toilet flush, which reduced comfort. Despite these shortcomings, we would still recommend the hotel, mainly because of the exceptional staff and the good location. One aspect that felt uncomfortable, however, was the strong push for a very positive review. When traveling and staying in many different hotels, it is natural to compare experiences – and giving everyone a perfect score would make reviews meaningless. With more attention to quality, maintenance, and a more relaxed approach to feedback, this hotel has the potential to become truly excellent.

Mattress was extremely firm. The initial check in was too long and had unnecessary steps. The staff tried very hard to make it a high level experience but it drew out a process that should only last 10 min tops, Pricey.

Very friendly Staff. a bit too much some times. Always a cold towel upon arriving in the Hotel is too much. but a nice gester. Breakfast could be better. Buffet Choice ok, as option a la Carte order is included. Top Spot just around the corner from Pup Street. Rooms are made very quickly in the morning.

Alles is hier super, de locatie, het team, het ontbijt en de kamer. Het hotel is gelegen in het centrum van Siem Reap zonder dat je last hebt van geluidsoverlast. Alles is op loopafstand. In het hotel hebben ze oog voor detail, overal lotus bloemen. Bij aankomst een heerlijke ontvangst mocktail, een zoete verassing op je kamer. Maar het meest bijzondere is het team, ze zijn zo welgemeend vriendelijk, het service level is erg hoog. Dat vind je niet in Europa of VS.
