Greeted by friendly and professional staff, clean and beautiful facility.

My only minor complaints are that amenities such as coffee are not provided unless requested for second night stays. And our one tiny trash can was left full. I understand reuse the towels and make your own bed. Very minor, this is a great facility!

The property was downtown. The room was clean. The staff were doing great.

The property had no parking. I mean there was parking but it was everywhere except at the hotel.

It had all we needed for the stay. We just needed a break from travel and it was a nice break.

Everything went really well, with the exception of not getting my $700 cash The same woman that was at the front desk during check I was there when I checked check-out on July 1st I was happy to see her there because she knew I gave her the cash so I thought getting my deposit and checking out would be smooth I was wrong. informed me that my. She told me my deposit would be applied to my card. She told me that I needed to utilize booking.com for my deposits. What exactly are you talking about? I paid you, not Booking.com. All I did was make a reservation via them, and they still won't assist me in the hotel. They say I have to use Booking.com, which is also quite stressful. I saw her take all of the cash and put it in an envelope. I watched her write my name and everything on the envelope, therefore I should have received cash back. Now, how will I obtain my money?

That while my family and I are traveling, I thought I would receive cash back when I received my deposit back. However, I did not receive the $700 in cash back, and I'm not sure what to do now.
