Nice place is all I could say nothing negative

Our room had a funky smell. Sheets did not smell fresh. I wondered when our room had last been aired out and freshened.. I used a spray I carry with essential oils to create a better smell, but that did not help. This was off-putting. No fresh coffee available until 7 am! What about your travelers that have an early start and prefer a fresh cup of coffee over the offering in the room…which I am appalled that hotels still offer this half-rate attempt at a cup of coffee. The Starbucks self serve is not a proper alternative. Also, no body wash in the shower

We didn’t have the breakfast because there wasn’t a printed menu and my husband couldn’t read the small print on the board

The t.vcontrols were difficult to use. There should be a printed outline of how to use.

Great location next to riverwalk clean friendly staff

The room was excellent. Hotel is conveniently located.

The hours of the pool suck, it should be 24 hrs. The Starbucks closed too early.

I like the lounge.
