Location excellent. Good facilities in the apartment on ground floor. With how expensive Norway is we were able to eat in. Bed very comfortable.

We think Norwegians haven't invented curtains or blinds. The window in the hall opposite the bathroom had nothing in it, so you couldn't come out unless dressed. Nets in lounge so you had no privacy. There wasn't a shower that you could stand under to wash as shower hose was just part of the bath and only around a metre long. Whilst this was a bit of a downer it would not stop us staying again.

Bonito apartahotel situado en el centro de Tromso

Tuvimos una incidencia tanto con la TV como posteriormente con el aseo (no funcionaban) que nos obligó a cambiar a otro apartamento ya entrada la noche; que si bien era significativamente mejor, no era el inicialmente elegido ni asignado, y nos hizo salir y trasladarnos por la nieve de nuevo con nuestras pertenencias. Lo notificamos a la gerencia del hotel pero nos han negado cualquier tipo de retribución económica.

Døgnåpen resepsjon. Plassering og tilgjengelighet samt god mulighet for parkering.

Rommet vårt så OVERHODE ikke ut som på bildene. I tillegg var det ingen mulighet for nedkjøling av leiligheten for uten om åpne vindu. Badet hadde og dårlig ventilasjon. Vi fikk bare en nøkkel til leiligheten, hadde satt pris på mulighet til å kunne legge fra seg nøkkelen til andre på en plass som man hadde egen tilgang til. Nøkkelboks for eksempel med egen kode utfor døren.
