Die Lage, alles in Fußdistanz erreichbar. Schlüsselübergabe und Empfang sehr nett, das Personal immer hilfsbereit!

Zimmer unter dem Dach sehr klein und verwinkelt, der versprochene Meerblick nicht vorhanden. Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht gepasst.

Grande disponibilità e gentilezza in reception, la struttura è centralissima ( in fondo il centro si può percorrere tutto a piedi in poco tempo) abbastanza vicino sia alla fermata dell’autobus per aeroporto che ai vari punti di raccolta almeno dei tour che ho prenotato io. L’alloggio è un piccolo appartamento con camera da letto, un angolo living con cucina e un bagno caldissimo (il pavimento era piacevolmente caldo forse per delle condutture che passavano sotto ma era un vero piacere al ritorno da giri a -10 stare scalzi sul pavimento caldo prima di una doccia, ma tutto il resto della casa dava una piacevole sensazione di quiete ed era molto accogliente. Per chi ha tempo la presenza della cucina può essere importante così da potersi volendo cucinare e risparmiare abbastanza, la vita è generalmente più cara qui e questo comunque si riflette su tutto anche sul costo dell alloggio (prenotato anche con grande ritardo) che però resta nella media generale del posto e ne vale la pena.

Volendo esagerare avrei voluto in alcuni momenti alzare di poco la temperatura dei riscaldamenti che comunque erano a 25 ma ci vuole un po ad abituarsi a quel clima però non ho assolutamente avuto disagi la casa era ben riscaldata e confortevole anche mentre fuori era freddo gelido

Location is great, next to the main road, close to the city center. Also very convenient next to the hotel and on the ground floor. Roomy apartment and lot’s of space for 2 people. Kitchen fully equipped. Floor heating was amazing, and the entrance was nice to warm shoes and coats. Check out was originally 11am but they granted us noon! Early check in was also available!

Towards the end the floor heating didn’t perform well after turning it on, maybe the system is a bit more complicated (we never asked so not a problem). We missed some additional hangers for clothes and towels, the kitchen lightning didn’t fully work. Just a few minor things so not a perfect score ;) Our appartment was also a bit more outdated/ less cost than the pictures in the advertisement.

We stayed at an apart-hotel. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The young people at reception were very helpful with everything. All the electrical appliances were there and very useful. The coffee, tea, and cookies at reception were amazing. We saw the Aurora Borealis from our window during our tour. We were very pleased. Thank you for everything. We highly recommend it to anyone staying in Tromsø. We would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Tromsø.

The kitchen was really big with all the things you would need.

The location!!! The location given on this advertisement is different from the actual location. It's 200 meters away but the path is really slippery as it's not on the main road. The light on the main gate was broken before we arrived there. I had mentioned it while checking in as the entrance was really slippery and it was completely dark after 15 O'clock. They only fixed it on the third day after complaining about it the second time. I have attached the photo of the entrance. I stayed for 4 nights and there was supposed to be room cleaning service every 2-3 days but no one came to clean, even after asking about it at the reception multiple times. They changed the towels after asking for it twice, that too left it on the door.
