I only like that staff was good and that's it.

The services were not good. There were so many mosquitoes in the room. The ACs were not having a service done i felt so hot through out my visit despite the temperature on AC remote was 16. Also in the Cafe Magenta, every day while doing breakfast there were alot of mosquitoes, cockroaches and flies moving & sitting on the food items. on pointing out the issue, i felt no change in the amount or number of pests. The room was not having any dental kit, moisturizer etc every day i had to call the reception to get it. so it is extremely a poor or i must say worst situation.

Room so comfy feels like home... the

Tv in the room is glitch all the time makes me dizzy... the wifi soo veryyyy slooowww, the capacity of the apt is for 4 people, but the towel the glass they provides only for 2 people. The menu of the bfast wasnt not variatif.. trying to order room service, but the resto didnt provide the menus as shown... as a matter a fact they were confuse.. and the apartment is lack of direction.. which one is lobby to the Grande Valore and which one to Holiday inn...

We stayed to celebrate Mom’s Birthday. Staff were friendly and gave a sweet surprise by decorating Mom’s bed and the birthday cake 🎂. We all made a wonderful memories during our stayed, and this hotel provides everything with all we need. Very high recommend.
