Grande Valore Hotel Cikarang

Nice new building, friendly reception as well as other employee at the pool. Complete kitchen with fridge and freezer.

AC was not working properly and it was too hot the whole night despite setting it to minimum temperature and maximum power - which lead to a really bad sleep. The room was rather new, but looked already messed up and less functional (kitchen cabinets not straight, tub partially damaged probably due to a cigarette, water staying around tub etc.). Definitely no premium vibe going on here. Breakfast had limited options that were not awesome.

I like that it has a nice garden und greeneries. The staff are very friendly and my room had a kitchen. It also has a little supermarket downstairs and a seafood restaurant. Comfortable bed.

Location is a bit off grid and a little dingy. The hotel itself is very clean but the area not so much. Must take taxi if you want to go to the next mall or just the next bigger restaurant. Very noisy. I could hear the traffic and people talking from the 15th floor. The lights in the bathroom were too dim/dark.

Facilities of 5 stars hotel is so miner. There was no coffee or tea, no room sleeper, tv operation was not friendly, wifi was not stable, body towel was too old,

Pet friendly hotel and the stuff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, always we staying in contact in WhatsApp which is very convenient. Were always ready to help🙏
