Grande Valore Hotel Cikarang

The staff were friendly, the library was fun, the pool and kids area are great and were the highlight for our family. Live music at night at the cafe was lovely. Food choices were good because we could eat at the hotel’s cafe/restaurant or go to the restaurant at the next door hotels, and we tried both options. Next door was more fancy and more expensive but we actually enjoyed the food more at the Magenta cafe at Grande Valore. The mini mart was very handy too. Love that the room had a full size fridge and freezer - never see that in other hotels. Also a stove, a rice cooker, toaster, capsule coffee maker, tea kettle and gallon water dispenser! And the rooms had SO MUCH STORAGE! The bath and shower were lovely and the hair dryer worked well.

Not much to not like, but if I have to mention something; the phone in the room wasn’t working so I wasn’t able to call reception for simple questions or order room service. When we checked in our room had two coffee capsules for the coffee machine but no tea bags and when they cleaned the room they didn’t refill the coffee capsules that we used. So we had to find the cleaners and ask them for tea bags and more coffee but the coffee they gave us was just sachets, not the capsules for the machine. We prefer fresh milk and all their “fresh milk” (both at the cafe/restaurant and at breakfast) was actually UHT milk. Just small things really.

Gym's availability only for long term staying guest. Breakfast choice was limited

It’s a nice “pet friendly” place. Pet, I brought a small dog can play all around the area freely, except pool & inside the restaurant. For me it’s very nice.

Some area especially public toilets are rather dirty. They need to be cleaned up more often. There’re not so many trash bin in the area and if there’re any, it’s full.
