We had a wonderful stay – the accommodation is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and we felt genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail is impressive and really made a difference. Highly recommended.

"An incredible stay in a beautifully designed traditional Japanese home with outstanding hospitality"

At first, I was hesitant to book, but I am so glad we decided to do it—this was one of the best accommodations we’ve experienced in years! We were a group of 4 Slovenians and Croatians. The owner and staff warmly welcomed us upon arrival, showing us around and making us feel at home. The traditional Japanese house is breathtaking, with incredible attention to detail in its design and decor. 3 out of 4 of us were professional chefs, so having the chance to prepare a local traditional dish was a great experience. The house was clean and the amenities are super nice (locally sourced and organic - for example coffee was one of the best I drank in the area). We slept amazingly well, and the peaceful surroundings made our stay even more special. The location is fantastic, and we highly recommend having a car to explore the area, especially for a drive around the lake.

This stay exceeded our expectations. We did not try the onsen, but would, if we were to stay one day more.
