Modern Town-Centre Apartment

The property was very modern, clean, very good furnishings, comfortable beds, great shower and great town centre location. The parking was right outside the entrance.

The property was clean , bright and had a new, modern well cared for feel . The basket of goodies left were very much appreciated too . The location was fab , would definitely recommend.

I can’t fault this property

Location is excellent being 50mtrs from the main street in Dumfries. Lots of hot water, shower very good. Comfortable apartment. Nice full complimentary basket. Bread & milk was appreciated. Thanks for a lovely stay. Parking was always available if a bit tight sometimes.

The external stairs to the apartment from Dobies Wynd is not suitable for limited mobility people.

Lovely apartment and well-equipped, really appreciated the little things such as plenty of coat hangers and quality toilet roll, so many places don't bother! If you're driving then head for Dobie's Wynd rather than the property postcode otherwise you'll be stuck in the one-way system.

Don't be put off by the exterior, the apartment is great!

Well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Nicely decorated. Lots of plug sockets. Nice welcome basket

A mirror in the main bedroom was a miss. A small mirror on the window sill would be enough (I used the one from the hallway)

Lovely to arrive and find the welcome basket of goodies, bread, milk etc. The flat was nicely furnished and comfortable,

This is one of those “Gem of a find “ kind of places.. hidden for certain in the middle of Dumfries and a typical Tardis of a place too .. you have a multiplicity of services in this apartment. aside from this and absolutely ABOVE EVERYTHING a host that’s available:attentive:and responsive. if that’s the kind of service your looking for I can confirm everything worked in this place , all that’s mentioned is there and MORE , I personally left my Bluetooth speaker in the property and after describing where I left it through this app and with the direct messages to the host it was soon in the post and on its way back to me in England. At this time I cannot find anything to complain about as it’s all there in the description, my only hope is that you have such an amazing experience there as myself and friends did also .. Thank you so very much for an Amazing 🤩 stay in Dumfries:- will be back if ever in the area .

Comfortable warm and well equipped. Central location.

Very noisy location. Rough area. Lots of shooting and loud music. Friday and Sat. Found blood on one of the beds!
