Modern Town-Centre Apartment

Very, very good little two bed apartment. Happy to recomend

Great location, spotless , excellent decor and facilities, really generous welcome hamper . Great communication.

Very well equipped apartment. Thoughtfully designed. Very near town centre facilities e.g. for restaurants and M&S Food hall.

Noisy in evening. The windows at the front over the street didn't shut fully so street noise was very noticeable. Couldn't get BBC iPlayer on main TV set. No electric socket for the hairdryer near a mirror.

Amazing place to stay they have thought off everything even a umbrella .The little food hamper was a great idea. Really clean and comfortable would definitely recommend to anyone looking to be near the town center .will definitely be Parking right outside which is great 😀

Our host answered questions quickly and delivered fans promptly as it was hot when we arrived. The kitchen was very well stocked and the welcome treats were awesome. It is a close walk to the High Street.

Lots of potential for making the property more welcoming from the outside. The beds and pillows need updating.

Very modern apartment right in the heart of dumfries

Could have done with blackout curtains in bedrooms as very bright early morning.

Beautifully furnished and set out, wonderful extras,absolutely exceptional.

Here’s the problem, unfortunately, we were woken at 445 am with someone/tenant upstairs, they literally could have been in the same room as ourselves, big footsteps above our heads for over an hour, water running, doors closing,sitting down, standing up, everything so clear, it was obvious that as a couple staying that being intimate would be an issue.

The welcome basket was phenomenal and saved us rushing out for the little necessities.

The only issue we had was not related to the accommodation at all but the outside area. It was covered in what looked like a minths worth of refuge. Spilt bins attracted the seaguls and more mess. It was awful to get through and worse to view.
