Great Location. Welcome pack was great.

Entrance could be better. Metal Railings need replaced.

A well equipped apartment, nothing required, very smart and modern interior, kitchen was fully stocked with cooking facilities, all well looked after and new.

For a town centre apartment it had everything.

We’ll presented inside and very clean. Stocked with some essentials on arrival such as bread, bottled water, milk etc which was a nice touch.

You can hear upstairs walking around. Wouldn’t have minded so much but it was mainly in the early hours.

Owen did a very good job with these flats. It's very nice to have a welcome basket. Overall, we had a very good time in this place, Thank you.

When I received the photo of the front door, I panicked and thought to cancel my trip. I am glad I didn't.

Everything we needed was there and more amazing, clean, and fresh loved all the artwork in the property

The light in the living room hangs down too low if your tall as you do bump your head on it as both me and my partner did repeatedly

The apartment was amazing, had everything we needed, super modern and new, clean and comfortable. Shower was amazing. Loved the hamper as well.

The apartment was very warm, but there were fans to cool down. There was also no normal TV channels.

Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Kitchen has everything you would need... very nice welcome gifts on arrival. Had a small problem on arrival but Shaun could not have been more helpful and all sorted straightaway. Comfortable bed and tv in double bedroom a bonus. Living area very comfortable. Easy access to centre of town a 2 minute walk away through a covered walkway on the left as you exit the flat. Plenty of parking and a lovely pub just up from the flat.

One small thing, Dumfries has a one way system. Our sat nav took us to front of building but parking and entrance round back... had to drive round the one way system to find our way in but got there in the end.

The apartment had everything we could wish for exactly a home from home. All basic essentials you need for arrival, including bread, milk tea, and coffee, the lot plus extras like water, cooking oil, butter, crisps, biscuits, etc. Do not need to go the local shops on arrival
