The stairs leading up to the property could have been painted especially for getting back at night

Flat was spacious comfortable and had everything we needed. Location could not have been better.

Entrance to flat involved 1 and a half flights of stairs and first section had no hand-rail.

Amazing stay, the hamper was such a nice touch too. Will look to book again when having family over in Dumfries.

Very minor minor gripe although a coffee table would have been nice.

it was clean and had small gestures around the apartment like the food hamper.

the property was nice just the location. It was close to town and easy accessible which is great but very loud with local pubs. A blind or something on the windows in the living space would be nice to add some privacy without having to close the curtains.

The apartment was spotless clean, everything was immaculate. The bed was super comfy and the shower was lovely and warm. The Kitchen is very well equiped as was the bathroom. It had everything you could need, the welcome basket had lots of goodies as well as bread, butter and milk. A really nice touch was the feminine products in the bathroom. They really have thought of everything. Would highly recommend 👌

Confusing parking signs, unsure where exactly to park

It was relatively close to shops, restaurants and the railway station. Full cooking facilities and a welcome basket of goodies. Very modern and well presented inside although you hit your head on the light fitting when standing up from the lounge.

Parking was hit and miss. Public parking area only. If first impressions count, it would rate poorly. To access the apartment you have to climb a set of dirty, rusty steps to get to the back door upstairs. The apartment itself was nice although the close proximity to the main street meant that you could hear the 'lager louts' yelling on the street. Also the main bed was a double bed. Very small.

Location was excellent. Generous food hamper was left out for us. Apartment was so clean and comfortable.

Information from Booking.com / Host regarding instructions on how to access the entry into the property and instructions on the key safe. Had to phone the host and thankfully managed to get hold of him, who did prove very helpful, but this situation shouldn’t have happened ☹️

Very cool inside. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely space.

The entrance is not very nice. Lots of bins from Chinese and pub. saw a rat. Quite intimidating. However once in and door closed nothing bothered us. Space was lovely.
