Modern Town-Centre Apartment

Great central location and flat was very clean and comfortable. Easy entry instructions and great communications. Could not fault it. Would use again 😁

Very comfortable, clean flat. Supplied with welcome pack plus everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Staff very responsive and helpful when I had to make changes due to family member being unwell. A little oasis in Dumfries!

Heating wasn't working properly, took hours to get someone to contact me and then it was to advise that temperature on thermostat should be turned up high. Eventually heating kicked in but think there is a timer on boiler that meant heating was on as going to bed but off in the morning and couldn't get it to come on when you got out of bed. Very disappointed as we had stayed here before and had been extremely happy with the flat.

Very nice modern apartment in the centre of Dumfries. Regularly stay here, would highly recommend

The decor was very smart and homely, cozy but spacious. Had everything you needed, and supplied with snacks and chilled water.which was very much needed after a long drive. Easy check-in/arrival with detailed instructions.

Very minor but a dripping noise from the master bedroom window when it rained. (Not a complaint but thought it would be worth mentioning). Found it hard to park during daytime when briefly returned. Evening parking wasn't an issue.

Location & good quality f&f

Central heating came on a little late in the morning. Didn’t have the confidence to try and adjust the thermostat.

Location was fantastic. Welcome basket much appreciated, very clean and comfortable. Will definitely use again.

The shower overflows a bit onto the bathroom floor but not really an issue as such.

The actual apartment was quite good if you looked past the issues,that we encountered The decor was modern.

We couldn't get in as we couldn't get the key out of the box on the wall.We had to get help.! We then had to have a BBC account to use TV .We are travelling from Australia!!! SPENT HOURS trying to get the heater to work,had to ring manager n google over and over, and get stove to work even asking Google.Lights in Laundry only come on sometimes,if you stand under light My daughter had the bathroom door, shut n jam shut, and we spent 40 mins trying to get her out .She panicked, and I stressed trying to force the lock if the door For international visitors,it is necessary for someone to meet the visitor to explain the workings of the apartment.We estimated 6 hrs wasted trying to get doors open,heating on,TV to work n couldn't get stove to work,then the shower or the toilet leaked,most of the time And its it's part of a construction site ..I was shocked when I arrived n saw the apartment then had to climb the metal stair first few steps are just stone steps part of the old building being constructed,these steps had no handrails . There were dirty syringes on the stairs. It certainly wasn't worth the money.
