"Disappointed"

Like the friendly staff and the manager loi was very helpful .

We didn't get two nights that we booked on that ship , they send us to a wrong ship for the first night about 10.00 pm that when they realize we were in the wrong one ,so they lie to us when I kept asking how it happened, they did not apologies that they did it wrong.

We had a lovely room with bath which I was grateful to soak in cool water.

There could have been shade on top deck. The toilet on main deck was pretty awful. I think they should have a notice board of days schedule so no one is confused as things can get lost in translation. A pool on top deck would be amazing.

Changed ship on us with lessor facilities/smaller state rm. Paid for 3 night aboard only got 2 and no refund. Nothing can be trusted.

"Overall good but the state of ha long bay is terrible with pollution just being thrown into the water"

The manager talked us out of staying at our next property and made arrangements for us to stay at another property that we were very unhappy with

Was not the boat I booked, room was meant to be 35sqare metres instead we got 15 meters room, lots of complaints from other passengers, who also said it was not what they booked, very disappointing.

Staff were nice Did do the activities advertised(the ones that matter during the day anyway)

Don’t book this cruise! : - photo was of a different ship(they actually put us on blue diamond cruises) - very hazy answers from staff when asked why we arnt on the right ship, so many different conflicting reasons we still don’t know. - got food poisoning -Room wasn’t as described - there was nothing. Luxurious about this cruise and felt like a scam for our money. - transport forgot to pick us up had to call them after we saw the bus drive by and no staff would help at the terminal. -unsure why booking.com has allowed this to be up. Will definitely be looking for a refund
