Verdure Lotus Classic Cruise on Lan Ha Bay

From check-in to farewell, every second on Verdure Lotus Classic Cruise was pure joy. The food was good. What really made the trip special was the crew. Johnathan were so kind and helpful. They remembered our names, helped us take the best photos and made us feel truly cared for. I’ve never felt so welcomed while traveling. If you want beauty, peace, and hospitality all in one place, this cruise is it.

I loved waking up to the sound of water and the sight of towering limestone mountains right outside our window. Every activity was fun but quite rushed. Kayaking through quiet corners of the bay. Every crew member was thoughtful and attentive.

Every crew member made us feel like we belonged. They didn’t just do their job they shared their hearts. Even when I had a small food allergy request, the kitchen remembered every meal after without being reminded. That kind of attention is rare.

I loved how everything is organized from the booking to the end of the trip. The staff are really welcoming and explained everything we will be doing during our stay. They were on time always.

From the moment we were greeted with awelcome drink to the final wave goodbye, everything was full of care. Special thanks to Andy, who seemed to appear anytime we needed anything.

The rooms were well-appointed, the views of Lan Ha Bay were breathtaking, and the food was both tasty and generous. Special thanks to Mr. Johnathan who supported us before, during, and even after the cruise! The itinerary was packed with experiences, though we sometimes forgot the exact timing but the staff were always there to guide us. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for a seamless and lovely experience.

I’ve been to Ha Long before, but Lan Ha Bay felt like I discovered a secret. Smaller crowds, quiet waters, and a crew that genuinely loves their job. The boat was beautiful and clean with cozy classic design. At night, the sky lit up with stars and we had tea on the top deck in total silence. We loved the kayaking and the squid fishing, but the best part was the staff,Jonhnathan especially, who made us feel like extremely dedicated.

The accommodations and the individual experiences were outstanding. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, particularly our host Binh Boong who was all of that as well as delightful, cheerful and humorous.

The ship was clean, charming, and comfortable with luxurious touches that made the stay feel special. We really enjoyed the mix of relaxation and adventure kayaking, and visiting caves. The crew was attentive and professional, and the whole experience ran smoothly from start to finish.
