I do not recommend this cruise. The only highlight was the male guide who took us on two tours - very helpful and friendly.

I do not recommend this cruise. The ship was different to the one we booked, the accommodation was changed twice, the cruise director was unhelpful and intrusive, and the food was terrible. Our cruise was for Lan Ha Bay - we were in Halong Bay for the three days. Limited hot water and external door could not close securely. Power points did not work (broken). Terribly disappointing especially given we chose to spend Christmas with this company.

Cibo da migliorare. La panna cotta è un dessert italiano,noi siamo italiani e quella cosa immangiabile nel piatto non era panna cotta.

Hoang is very good person with good behavior and we have a nice and enjoyable trip with him. He is very polite in nature n very helpful person had a very good experience with him

El personal es magnífico y el despligue de comida. Relación calidad-precio, de los más baratos (sin coger extra de la habitación).

Pagamos extra por tener una suite con vistas panorámicas y nos pusieron por error en otra habitación. Al cambiarnos ya estaban ocupadas las que nos correspondían y nos dieron la habitación de atrás con el ruido y el humo de los motores. Deberían arreglar, además, algunos desperfectos como el tapón de la bañera, los enchufes y el WiFi, que no llega a las habitaciones y en el salón es inestable. La cama es muy incómoda, deberían cambiar el colchón porque ya se hunde. Bebidas no entran, ni siquiera el agua (aunque de eso avisan en la reserva) No tiene piscina.

Hoang and Nam were the best at making us feel welcome and that we had everything we needed.

Hoang is really helpful and communicated all time. Kept the time well and looked after the guests. 3 days iternary is a good value.

The staff were so friendly and professional and always willing to help. I want to give a special shout out to Hoang, the assistant manager who was amazing! He made it more enjoyable.

We went on the overnight cruise with family. Bing bong was an awesome help. Her hospitality along with the discipline she brings is commendable. The cruise was awesome. Food was very delightful.

What a beautiful escape. The ship was pristine, our room was incredibly comfortable, and the bay was absolutely magical. The balance between relaxation and activities was perfect. We had fun kayaking and exploring, and also had quiet time to sit on the sundeck and just breathe in the scenery. The crew really went above and beyond. Every request was met with a smile. Special thanks to the staff for their warmth and care.
