Lakefront Getaway in Rotorua

Very roomy. Great view

A lot of rain and the smell wasn’t great

Inside the house was fine but slightly disjointed. No cupboards

The outside was poorly maintained and didn’t really look very inviting.

The location was lovely..

The pool and hot tub were inoperable, and the owner did not respond to our inquiries. The owner promised to remove the animal skins and provide non dairy milk, neither of which was done. They offered us a free day in compensation but would not give us the equivalent of a day's refund. Definitely not worth the cost. False advertising and not willing to compensate for their bait and switch behavior.

Very spacious, there’s so much room for a big family. We enjoyed the hot tub easy to fill up.

The only thing was that the hot tub wasn’t fully gated right around. I understand that it was for the purpose of having a good view out to the lake, but with children supervision at all times is a must. Other than that we were happy with our stay.
