Awesome location. Walks nearby through Māori area and along lake and gardens stunning. House was so spacious and designed well for all to have their own space. Hot tub fabulous as was the view.

"One of Rotorua's Best Accommodation Options"

The property ran down to the lake which was very scenic. It was within walking distance of the town centre and many of Rotorua's attractions. The thermal heated pool was delightful.

There was nothing. Everything was perfect.

Setting house temp to a comfortable level was challenging; instructions could be clearer. The dishwasher needs fixed - it isn’t attached properly.
