We did our own breakfast.

There was no shower gel nor liquid hand soap. There were 2 water drinking glasses of different size. In a 2 bedroom apartment they should be at least 4 glasses.

There was nothing to like. Place was dirty. Holes in the walls and so much dust everywhere. Empty bottles on the floor. Broken bed. Outside area full of rubbish.

Location was great, we wanted to be close to Heathrow airport which we were and it was just a few minutes walk to the underground station. Apartment was very nice, huge for a London accommodation, newly renovated, all the appliances you need for breakfast and cooking. Around the corner was a asda so you didn't need need to walk far in order to get some shopping done.

Cleaning needs to be a bit better, kitchen was very clean it looked almost brand new, but the bathroom sink had stains and the floor wasn't swept very well, lots of dust under the beds overall the apartment was good standard but maybe double check between guest. We are most displeased with the service from the hosts, a hidden security deposit which the apartment didn't inform us with until it was time to check in and one that we still haven't gotten back even though its almost 2 months since we stayed there, they sent us a check in link which didn't work and it took several days of trying to contact the apartment, they didn't respond, to get a new link so we could try and check in again. This is the biggest downside to our experience here.

A good thing is that you have shops and stations close by.

Inside the property was clean, but the pictures the in the add are old and the apartment shows signs of ussage( as shown in the fotos). The biggest problem is that the acces inside is very very filthy and it smes awfull. The dumpsters ar filled with animal skin/insides from the bucher shop downstairs and garbbage is thrown arround.

no lift since we stayed at level 2, need to carry 13 luggages. the 3 big rubbish bin were park at the entrance. smelly. the entrance not clean n full of rubbish

We had a very bad experience and had number of issues. Hot water was not working. We had to make several call to get it fixed and customer service staff was very unprofessional. Simply pushed back and said go ahead and raise the complaint. Later someone called and sent a person. However in this period we had to go out for shower somewhere else with two kids. Entrance was very trashy and with hip of garbage, rotting smell and bins all over. My daughter threw up with the odour. Coffee maker had European plug and it didn’t work. Apartment had no fan in peak summer. There was no hair dryer while listing said it has hair dryer. Socket blew up my personal hairdryer. Apartment was not clean.
