The flat was spacious, and the kitchen looked newly renovated.

The entrance for the building was just allocated near the community waste dispins. When it's Wendy, all paper wastes fly to the main entrance. It also causes a bad smell. Also, the building has no left to easily move your luggage , has to carry all heavy bags through the stairs to the second floor , which I think it won't suit families with so many bags. The bed mattress was quite old and not comfortable. Flat was a little bit dusty. Not much essential available in the kitchen , nor the toilet. Communication with the host was good. Regarding location is just srounded by all shops, supermarkets & restaurants especially Indian restaurants. The neighbourhood is very, very noisy, especially at night. Also, because the location is close to the air port , the all-night sounds of the plans. The speed of the WiFi was not that strong .

The property was very nice and minimal! There was dish washer and washing machine.! Warm hpuse with hot water!

There was pee in the toilet when we arrived. Dirt everywhere and mostly on the floor and the sofa. The fridge had nasty smell and the entranceof the building was dirty as well. The sheets was used before we arrived.

Rooms are clean

Once you entering down full smell bins rats on floor on the entry door . Hard to find the location Will never use again

It was available last minute

The property was very dirty upon arrival and after every time the cleaner came (there were bones and dog toys under the sofa, etc), there is a huge amount of ants throughout the apartment, internet doesn’t work half of the time (and every time I called support they refused to deal with it and just said that they didn’t have any more complaints), the lock at the building entrance door never worked and the door was just open, the entrance to the building is located among the trash which smells horribly and there are rats all over it.

The Property served a good view.

I didn’t like that the property had nice photos but when entering the property there was marks all over the white walls, the bedroom had a damaged wall and had marks all over it. The living room/kitchenette had a dirty marked and stained sofa, sticky flooring and a disgusting marks all over the ceiling as seen in the photo. Myself and my partner had bought food for the weekend to discover over night it had been raided by red ants all over the kitchen cupboards and our toiletries had been into by the red ants in the bathroom.

Very spacious and clean, shops and tube station nearby, very reasonably priced for how spacious it was.

Hard to find the entrance, and a bit of a shame they were retarmacing the carpark on a sunday when we stayed( august bank holiday weekend) but they were quiet.

the property has the potential to be very good. very good location near local shops/takeaways. strong transport links for getting around London there was very little noise pollution during the night hours.

The property was, however, let down by a few things. Upon arrival there were at least 80 bottles of beer on the rooftop terrace, the staff did however remove these during the next day while we were out. The cleanliness left much to be desired as mugs were still dirty in the cupboard, stains on the sofa (leaving it unusable). Ants were found in the property on arrival. (very unusual for a top floor apartment). despite the no smoking policy in place there was evidence of smoking (cigarette burns in the sofa arm, disposable vapes and cigarette ends in the guttering)
