The staff were so helpful. And extremely kind and really cared for our needs, apartment was beautiful and well serviced it was perfect for a movie night and bit of time for relaxation.

I wasn’t allowed to bring my cousin who stays round the corner to the air bnb to meet my dad (senior citizen who couldn’t walk) I was told it would be a Health and Safety issue

The bathroom was ok

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The entrance was round the back of the high street shops it was full of fly tipping, an abandoned car, and rats running everywhere. And there was no lighting. Luckily, there were 3 of us, and we got there before it got too dark. The door code given was a waste of time as you could just pull the door and walk in the entrance hall was filthy and smelly you walked up the stairs out onto a roof top and through another door and up a lot more stairs again not good if you have heavy bags to carry. We couldn't get into our apartment as the code did not work. After trying every code that was emailed to us, we had to phone Charles Hope for them to reset the code. The apartment smelled of takeaway. The walls were filthy and marked. The sofa was covered in stains. The curtains were badly stained. You couldn't use any of the lamps in the whole apartment as they had European plugs, and there were no adapters provided. The bedrooms again, the walls were badly marked, and the bedsheets had mould on them. The pillows had no pillow protectors on them, and they were of very poor quality thin and stained they needed throwing away. Luckily, i brought a spare t-shirt to put over the pillow. The mattress on the bed was about 2 inches thick with a grubby topper on it the only good thing they did supply fans in the bedrooms as you can't have your windows open at night as it's very noisy. Don't leave anything on the kitchen side overnight as we found our doughnuts been escorted off by a load of ants.

The sofa was torn and stained with only God knows, Dirty and unkept. The kitchen section is terrible.

Great place only downside is lugging your bags up three flights of stairs. Also the engrave is around the back and the courtyard looks very gritty, but the apartment is fantastic.
