Filthy entrance and hard to find behind bins and rubbish and no key in bedroom door don’t was always open

Extremely poor service levels. Entrance area is extremely dirty. No elevator. Patio door was unlocked. They did not even provide a key to lock it with; or even send someone round to lock it, despite having a whole day to do it. It is very unsettling to have an unlocked apartment to come back to, and I would not leave any valuables like phones or laptops in the apartment when I was out. I did have another upcoming stay here lined up, which I very swiftly cancelled. Never again.

It was cheap and the beds were comfortable enough

Awful customer service Dead flies in the kettle, apartments weren't very clean Location was awful, open bin bags everywhere outside of the apartment. Made me pay 2x breakages deposit even though was one booking and spent the last few weeks chasing down one of the refunds. Would not stay here ever again.
