"Comfortable spacious apartment when inside. Outside leaves a lot to be desired."

Spacious and a convenient location for our trip to Twickenham

No Parking. Outside entrance was in a loading bay and full of Bins and Rubbish. Smelly. Inner Hallway was damp and smelly.

Seriously dirty and discusting, stains, doors left unsecured and no key for the rear door. A shed and vile and stunk of smoke and drugs

Location was fine. linen was clean. Overall it met our requirements just that it was 'tired.'

The entrance access was dirty. There were dead rats, near the entrance, bins were overflowing, the entrance hallway was very smelly and untidy. The furniture was tired, the hanging robe in the flat 3 double room was collapsing, the flooring was coming apart, electrical appliances (such as the lamp and coffee machine) had European plugs which meant a travel adapter was needed. Overall, compared to the photos, the flats were 'soul less'. A suggestion would be to also supply washing machine tablets as there were none.
