Posada Colonial Beach Villas

We loved our stay here. There is so much space, it was very clean, and the host was very accommodating. The location is fantastic - close to the best beaches and 12 minutes from Old San Juan. (One beach is just a few blocks away.) There are lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance as well!

If we have the opportunity to come to your Island again, we certainly will stay over at your lovely Villa. I know my daughter enjoyed it also. Thank you for all you did. Thanks for Virginia for the lovely ride to the airport! ❤️

The only thing that we didn't like was that we were not able to stay longer with you. Enjoyed your place in all the restaurants around. Many thanks Eva, Tarra, Duane and Santos

Difinitivamente la ubvicacion del apartamento fue la ideal para la estancia en San Juan. 10 minutos de Viejo San Juan y del aeropuerto. relativamente estabamos en el centro. la playa estaba a 5 minutos

construccion enfrente de la estancia y el trabajo comensaba a la 6:30 am

La posizione buona, vicina al supermercato, a zone di interesse e tranquilla.

La casa è carina ma non come nelle foto. La pulizia va migliorata e l'host a volte risponde dopo molto tempo alla chat whatsapp. Ci sono servizi elencati che però non sono disponibili come la lavatrice e asciugatrice che per me erano fondamentali nella scelta della location. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni l'host mi ha comunicato di lasciare i vestiti fuori dalla porta che se occupavano loro, però non sono stati lavati e ho dovuto acquistare altro. In una camera da letto e in cucina vi sono molte formiche

The apartment is in a very quiet location but close to the beach and shops. Clean, spacious, with an outdoor patio. It had all the amenities described.

SJ is very hot and humid overall, so there is a mold-like odor if you don't have the A/C on.
