House facing the strait of malacca.Full sunset view. Good wifi in the unit. Easy check-in but have to register at lobby before proceed for key pick-up. My kids enjoy the swimming pool, have cafe at the pool. I appreciate the muslim homestay which confident to use their utensils. 2 parking lot in front of lift entrance is a plus point. Have mini mart, ATM at lobby.

Not sparkling clean-> toilet and kitchen sink. Washing machine is working (without dryer), but microwave can't be used (am very disappointed). Utensil is not complete with some broken plate. All plastic cup, not preferred for hot drink. 1 access card is not practical at all, having emergency at the swimming pool (my son injured) but unable to use lift & cant enter the apartment; have to wait till my husband reach us cos he went down to groceries shop with the access card.Suggest to provide 2 card. Long waiting time for the lift at peak hour is expected. Cellphone coverage at lobby area is bad, pls plan your communication (if need pick- up or etc.).
