"Disgusting"

No hot wate,basin clogged. No response despite my WhatsApp complaint. Imagine bathing in cold water and not able to use a basin! Cleaner left the dustpan with dust inside it! No soap tray in shower cubicle, have to put lotion tube on the floor. No hanger in the bath room I demand a refund!
