This was a very bad experience. The owner was completely unresponsive. I have stayed in many Airbnbs and hotels in different cities and countries, but this is the worst experience I have ever had. The first room had a broken bathroom light, so the owner suggested we switch to a second room. However, the condition of the second room was very bad and there were multiple cockroaches. We were then asked to switch to another room again, but it was even worse with more cockroaches. We tried calling the phone number provided more than 10 times to get help, but no one answered. In the end, we had no choice but to return to the first room and turn on the flashlight on our phones to take a shower because the bathroom light was not working. Around midnight, at about 5:30, a man kept ringing the doorbell outside. We had no idea who he was. It might have been someone coming to replace the light, but can you imagine someone trying to change the light while guests are sleeping? This is unacceptable. It made us feel very unsafe and seriously disturbed our rest. This kind of service is seriously terrible. All the issues mentioned above were recorded with videos and photos as proof. This experience completely ruined our stay

Location is strategic, near to Jonkers Walk and eating places.

The pillows and bolsters plus the covers need to be changed. Old and like have been used for a long time. Each time enters the bathroom, there is a mouldy smell. Cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved further. Toilet bowl moves when one sits on it.

I think the location was nice and the facilities there was good as well.

opted no breakfast and indeed Puasa month cafe is not open, please note for future travelers, UNIT is very near swimming pool and easy to access. check in very smooth and details to get key was available the night before.

only ONE keycard available and no LANYARD to hang if ever want to go pool. Floor sticky with NO floor mat, AIR FRESHENER dried up long before our stay TOILET to smell . Seen hair strands and the hair dryer smells plastic heated when ON so end up didnt use in case short- cir. We were told NO towels at the swimming pool, this was not mentioned in the check in brochure. basic amenities TOWEL, TOILET PAPER, WATER HEATER and SOAP available.

The apartment was very clean and big than i imagine .. 👍🏻

I hope u can fix the toilet’s door .. its broken when i arrived .. and please put some hanger in the wardrobe .. i can’t even hang my clothes
