Location, architecture, decor

No air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom. Shower, hard to deal with. I would suggest tearing out the shower and turning the whole room into a shower.

Perfect location. Restaurants, brewery. Shops. Bridge of flowers and incredible Shellburne falls easily walkable as well as fun coffee cafe options for the morning.

No complaints. We had a wonderful first floor apartment with all of the amenities of home including full kitchen and very easy parking.
