We never had contact with staff. The entry instructions were perfect and all we needed. We had a couple of cups of coffee and a slice of toast which is all we needed.

We could have been greeted by someone, but we arrived at 9:30 PM and left at 8 AM and that's all we needed. It was like returning to our own home.

Absolutely lovely house, the owners were lovely, the neighborhood was delightful. Way better than staying in a big chain hotel.

My only two complaints was that there shower didn’t get quite hot enough and there was no way to heat up food. We had to ask for special permission to use the microwave in the private living space.

Location was great, quiet, but walkable to everything.

Had trouble with the Kuerig and the toaster. Breakfast would have been fine if we were able to work them, but we went to the coffee shop instead.

I feel like the mattress in our room is a bit stiff and lumpy perhaps time to change this one
