Cleveland with Letsstay York

Exceptionally clean and well presented property. Ideal for a short stay. Nice furnishings and decor with very comfy beds. The shower is great and excellent toiletries were provided. Very pleased we weren't asked to strip the beds which seems to have become the norm for most places post COVID. Nice welcome pack and excellent communication from Sarah. Very quiet location and friendly neighbours.

These aren't complaints just things to be aware of. The street is narrow so you need to make sure you park as close as possible to the kerb but there are wider streets around. There's no washing machine or dishwasher which is fine for a short stay but may be inconvenient if you are there for longer. However this has been done to leave space for a really nice little outside area (visited by a couple of friendly squirrels).The walk into town is ok but it does take you through a tunnel and over an unlit bridge which might be a bit disconcerting at night if you were on your own, so maybe worth taking one of York's cheap Ubers instead.

Beautifully renovated comfortable clean and welcoming, perfect for a site seeing trip to York , within a 20 min walk into town . Parking arranged excellent.

It was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could need. Sarah had put the heating on for us before we arrived so it was nice and cosy. It was in close walking proximity to the town centre and parking was easy.
