Cleveland with Letsstay York

Extremely well appointed, clean and very welcoming. Staff really helpful.

Only one parking space available (the road is permitted), this is clarified once the booking is made but not until then. Difficult to find local parking for any additional vehicles.

The property is beautifully decorated, spotless and in a great location. The host was lovely too ☺️ Perfect for our little family trip

We arrived early and the owner was there to very kindly give us the key card and she also allowed us to leave our bags prior to check-in time so we could go and explore. The property was easy to find after receiving detailed instructions from the host and the list of places to eat was fantastic. Useful information on the local area at the property. Great communication from booking to leaving, nothing too much trouble. The property has everything you need and more, clean, modern, quiet and located not far from the train station and city centre.

Nothing! Maybe the outside needed a bit of tlc but we didn't go outside to sit, so not really a problem!

Property is very nice, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated throughout. The outside area is really beautiful to sit out in and parking is easy on the street straight outside the property. The house has been finished to a high standard and lots of little touches throughout that make it an exceptional place to stay.

Only negative for us was the towels could be bigger and better quality. Bedrooms are really spacious but the beds are very firm which suited my sister, not myself so much, bedding was excellent quality.

Beautiful modern property with lots of lovely features and spotless throughout - great base for central York. I loved the light and airy feeling of the house and the clean fresh smell. We only started the night for our son’s graduation but managed to have a glass of wine in the courtyard as the weather was so nice. Thank you for a great stay and being a great host only wish was we could have stayed longer.

The property was really well kitted out and finished to a very high standard. Entry process and information provided was really easy to follow and utilise.

It’s not far from town but there are currently road works via the station and a rather unpleasant underpass to get to town at the moment. The long way around feels safer but is a much longer walk.
