The property was fitted out to a very high standard & very comfortably furnished. Exceptional care was obviously taken with making this a gem of a place to stay.

Very clean and modern, looked recently renovated. Host very helpfu, offered recommendations and suggestionsl and answered all questions really quickly.

Gorgeous property everything you could need available. Host so helpful. Permit Parking outside property worked really well .

Everything perfect

We loved the variety of continentals, the milk in the fridge was a great idea! The bed was lovely and comfortable with the room being an adequate size! The location was really good, just a 10/15min average walk into town with a couple of shops 5 mins walk away! The shower was incredible, large space with powerful water pressure! The road is quite narrow with parking on both sides but we managed to park easily every time.

Sadly for us the walls where just a bit too thin, so could hear the neighbours banging around, I think they was doing some DIY at the time of our stay and they was drilling quite late into the evening. However they was quiet by 10pm and we got a great night's sleep! Other than that we couldn't fault a thing.

Can’t fault it. The house has been renovated and is very clean and comfortable with a contemporary feel, superb shower. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and use this place again should we return to York. Communication with the owner before the stay was very helpful and supportive and info in the property was very clear. Things light lights in the corridor demonstrated the extra thought that has gone into making Cleveland St a very pleasant stay. Also a play park at the end of the street. It’s not bang in the centre. It is a 15 min walk to the site, but this didn’t bother us at all
