"Not customer friendly.."

I paid 98 pounds, took taxi about 25 pounds to arrive at the property, asked to pay deposits of 250pounds, which I didn’t have on my card, didn’t have access to the property and got no refund and no compensation as we speak, my funds limited and they not friendly or considerate at all, I got stranded and left to an uncomfortable situation.

"Awful stay"

Apartment is center to Night clubs. Right beside one & in the front. Not at all good for the families. Coming to the apartment, the beds are awful & with a small dining table good enough for 2. The Noise levels are so high - didnt sleep for the entire stay. This hotel shouldnt showup with a family filter on Booking.com, however it showed up.

A very pleasant girl was there to meet us at the property and was very helpful but why they r trying charge a £25 non refundable deposit or £150 or £250 holding deposit seems like a bit of a scam. They should advertise this on booking.com not once I’ve paid for the apartment.
