Convenience of location

Beds are rock solid, one of the staff was quite rude, no milk to be able to make tea. Noise levels were crazy! Windows are not soundproofed.

No air conditioner and I could not open the window because of the noise from the bar, it was very hot. I was outside for more than 30mins calling just to get in the apartment even after seeing someone to let me in ,I was told to pay £150 as deposit 🙃 which was not Comunicated to me before them. I was forced to do it because I don't have a choice. No iron in the room but was given, I asked for toilet roll but not provided.

Apart from what I listed, every other things is good 👍 👌
